International Aviation Marketing Ltd. is a company dedicated to the facilitation of aircraft leasing and sales with the primary focus on offshore oil and gas helicopter assets.  The company also provides support to other rotary-wing markets, business jets and turboprops and the regional airline market.

 

The vision of the organization is to connect helicopter operators located throughout the world and work with those companies to ensure that they best utilize or dispose of their assets through either leasing (dry or wet) or selling their aircraft. 

 

Services include negotiation of prices, development of contract terms and conditions, organization of customer visits or inspections, organization of asset shipments, management of Escrow process and support to ensure any maintenance or modification procedure is managed effectively.

 

The Director of the Company, Brad Shaen, was most recently employed by Heli-One, which is the Asset Management and Maintenance Division of CHC Helicopter Corporation.  As the Director of Sales, Brad worked with helicopter operators worldwide to in supporting Heli-One's sales and leasing of helicopters as well as maintenance and modification services.  Mr. Shaen was also previously emoyed by the Triumph Group and Standard Aero Limited working in all aviation sectors.
